    Description

    For auction is a very nice plate, 10 1/2" in diameter, centered with the House of Representatives U.S.A. Crest, outlined in gold.  There is also a gold rim around the center of the plate and a heavier gold band around the edge.  Made by Pickard China, hand decorated.  A professional card of Third District, Louisiana Congressman, David Treen from the years 1973-1980 in congress and later, Governor of Louisiana.
