Shipping Service & Cost
When ordering a bundle or combined delivery, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs, which will be calculated based on the weight of the package. Any remaining shipping cost will be refunded
Shipping policy
Fish will be packaged in clear polyethylene bags insulated with Styrofoam for shipment. Shipping is available Monday/Tuesday to the mainland USA, but we do not ship to Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes. Please note that the shipping date may appear to be more than 2 days at first, but it will be adjusted as the shipping company processes the order.

Please note that the photos provided may not be an exact representation of the fish, they are meant to be a representation. The first and fourth pictures are an illustration of what a mature male will look like.
Gender/Color
We do not provide specific gender or color requests for shipped orders, unless stated otherwise in the title or description.
Heating Pads / Ice Packs
We can provide heating pads or ice packs to ensure the temperature during transportation is appropriate for your area. Although we will check the weather forecast, to be safe, we advise you to let us know if you require a heating pad by messaging us or leaving a note on your order. If so, we will include one at no additional cost.

1. We guarantee that our fish will arrive alive. 2. If, however, the fish are found dead upon arrival, we require clear photos of the unopened polyethylene bag to be sent within 2 hours of the delivery time as marked by the shipping company. A refund will be issued for the deceased fish, but shipping fees will not be refunded.
The cost of shipping will not be covered under our DOA policy.
No replacements will be offered for any DOA items.
Our DOA policy only applies to fish that are found dead upon arrival and not to fish that die at any point after arrival.
