Congresswoman Burke
Offered is an thick heavy glass candy dish/cigarette dish from the office of Congresswoman Yvonne Brathwaite Burke.  She was the first African American women to represent Congress from the west coast having served the 28th District from 1973-75 and the 37th District from 1975-1975.  This item has the Congressional logo and her signature etched in the top glass.  This measures 5.5 x 4.5 x 1.75 inches.  No chips or cracks.  This item came from the estate of a CBS Records executive who befriended the Congresswoman.  Please email me with any questions.
