    Description

1980 /1989 Rockwell Space Shuttle System Summary Manual SSV80-1 -- working copy
From the estate of a former NASA MSFC Propulsion engineer who worked the entire Shuttle program.
In a vintage black 3-ring binder, this 226-page System Summary manual is dated May 1980. There is a note written in pencil on the first page that says: "asked for copy 2/8/89."
There is also a 2-sided Space Shuttle Main engine print/lithograph taped to the inside cover of the binder.
The manual is numbered SSV80-1 and was created by Rockwell International, Space Systems Group. It covers these main areas in detail:
    Missions and Capabilities
    Space Shuttle System
    Orbiter and Subsystems
    Payload Integration and Accommodations
Please zoom photos to get a good idea of how great this manual is. Overall it is in excellent condition. The black binder spine is pretty loose but still firmly intact.
