    Description

1980s NASA Marshall MSFC Rocket Engine Test Area Overhead Transparencies (3)
Vintage 1984-86 color overhead transparency slides used at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center.
    Three 8.5" x 11" transparencies show:
MSFC Propulsion Technology Test Area -- known as the West Test Area, this famous location has the Apollo Saturn S-IC Test Stand and F-1 Test stand. Printed on Kodak Transparency and numbered: MSFC-2/84-SA-4145D.
1986 NASA Space Shuttle Main Engine Hot-fire test at the S-IC test stand. I worked in Bldg 4666 and we would invite our families to join us outside the fence to watch a hot-fire of the SSME. Very cool.
High view of the MSFC East Test Area -- including the famous Dynamic Test Stand where Saturn V stages and the Shuttle Enterprise was tested.
They are all guaranteed genuine vintage NASA viewgraphs.
