Sale Policy:
-DOA: We Guarantee Live Arrival for up to 2 Hours of Delivery time.
-REPLACEMENT: We ONLY replace DOA. Not something you simply did not like, or that fishes are too small or too big. Buyer pays for replacement shipping. DOA claim must be reported to us within 2 hours of delivery. If replacement is eligible, replacement will be attempted the second time only. We do not do third attempts. Replacements will finalize the order as is, and is not covered by the Live Arrival Guarantee. If you receive a dead on arrival please take picture of the fish in the package, please don't open the package. Thanks
