3 Chandelier/Sconce arms Brass French? Figural

Description

Outstanding set of 3 chandelier arms. Could also be used for sconces.
From the top, there is a winged figure Cherub?, Putti?, Mercury?.
Down the are are decorative accents resembling octopus tentacles.
At the bottom, is the Victorian "Dolphin"
4 sockets each.  1 points straight out, 3 point down.
Only 4 of original 12 bobesche are present.
European style sockets and wiring are as-is/ as shown.
Square tubing arms.  All cast Brass or bronze pieces
One arm missing cast curved mount for body.
36" tall,  22" deep  14" wide  12lbs. each
