We pull your order into a shipping tank one day prior to shipment and we stop the feeding process. This gives your fish time to empty their bellies so they are not contaminating their water supply during shipment.

Please take "CLEAR PHOTOS" of the dead fish or Seriously Damaged Fish in its original bag without OPENING THE BAG and send it to me within 2 HOURS of the arrival or this policy is void. These are live animals being shipped so please help to get your pets home safely. NO RETURNING FISH. IF FISH DO ARRIVE DEAD WITH THE FOLLOWING DOA RULE IN PLACE THEN I WILL REFUND THE FISH ONLY, EXCLUDING THE SHIPPING.
