I believe Antique Bronze or Brass lamp base parts being sold for restoration or repair work. It has been altered with a wire in the vent

and it is as found together no idea what type of lamp it was originally.
Overall finish shows use age storage marks and wear with tarnish if there are any steel / iron parts they will show rust.
