Antique Brass Oil Kerosene Lamp Break Spacer Part

Description

This looks like other parts of lamps.  I don't really know what it is.  If this isn't a lamp part, please let me know.  1 3/4" t x 2 7/16" across bottom, hole is about 1/2".  I'm not really sure what this is, but if you can use it, here it is.  Small crack in base (wide part), see pictures.
