INCREDIBLE FIND....
Authentic 1800's hanging hurricane lamp.  SURE TO MAKE A STATEMENT IN ANY ROOM OR COLLECTION!
NEVER CONVERTED TO ELECTRIC.  Most of these have been converted and this one looks to be all original!
Marked "THE ROCHESTER".  Includes everything pictured.  Rare hanging shade with collar that attaches to the body.
Condition:
Absolutely none of the glass is cracked.  The paintwork still looks good with light fade.  There is a large floral design on the front and a smaller one on the back.  All brass and cast iron is free of dents or cracks and is still nice and strong.  It has not been tested but looks to be structurally sound.  Everything is still nice and strong.  The smoke catcher is free of any buildup.
Assembled dimensions:
35" total hang.  16.5" at it's widest.
