    Description

    An early iron chandelier.  Looks to be quite early and original.  It is largely hand made.  The piece that bring the four chains together is certainly hand forged as is the ring with an apparent hammer weld.  Not sure how the chains are made, but looks to be cut and formed stock and the links look to be slightly different.   Two of the three cups have lead that would have helped keep this still from breezes.  Has a great simplistic and utilitarian look.  Measures roughly 12" across, chain height is roughly 21".  No apparent touch mark.
