Antique Silver-plated & Oak Slender Table Lamp English?

Description

Easy project. Silver plate over brass,some wear. I know nothing about it except that it just looks really special to me and had to grab it when I saw it. Looks as though it could be English but not sure. See tape measure.
Assume ALL vintage lighting from me will need to be rewired weather you see a cord or not. Floor lamps, chandeliers and some table lamps will come disassembled and in two packages, sometimes by different carriers.  I pack well and usually ship out quickly,check my feedback and other listings for more great items.
