I am relisting this to Auction it was removed because a break was found by a bidder it is through and through about 10" up the leg see the 2nd and 3rd photos they show both sides. The original

is below I removed the No cracks breaks or repairs statement from it. The rest of the listing is still the same. I believe it is still usable as is but for a professional repair you will need to get the threaded
connector
out and the bottom nut is very rusty.

It is an
Ostrich foot oil or kerosene lamp base being sold as the style of PE Guerin appears Bronze may be Brass. The nut on the bottom is rusty and is throwing me off for dating it is octagonal. For that reason it is selling as a Vintage very nice heavy well done lamp base.
It shows
use age storage marks, finish wear and tarnish. It measures approx. 23" high by 12" wide as shown.
