Hanging Oil Lamp Frame
This is a gorgeous, unique hanging oil lamp frame
With griffins or dragons and ornate details
Made of cast iron
The small-link chains at the top of the main part of the lamp seem to be made of brass or copper (they are non-magnetic)
This is from a 70 year antique oil lamp collection and is an original antique
No maker's markings that we can find
Measurements:
52" total height including top chain
The top 16" of chain is removable if you want to hang it without the chain
The lamp shade holder frame has an inside diameter of 11" and the inside diameter of the bottom holder lip / edge is 10 1/2", so it can hold a shade just over 10 1/2 up to 11"
The oil font holder has an inner diameter of 4 3/4" and is 2 1/2" deep
