antique old pircelain flower rose sconce as is wall lamp italian.
Super old the bobeches are wood and one is missing its socket and all need socket covers. Could also use a good cleaning.  Its lovely but it does require someone who is handy so you can get this working again. Of just buy a socket and some candle sleeves and hang it without using the wiring. Its a lovely piece and is quite old. Rarely see them with the wood bobeches.
