Art Nouveau nail file with a figural woman floral motif-PLUS an additional matching handle.
Each piece is marked
EMPIRE ART SILVER
.  The handles are silverplated.  There is a nail file and an extra matching handle only that has lost its tool.
The nail file is about 7 1/4 inches long and the extra handle is 3 3/4 inches long.
Both pieces are in very good pre-owned condition with no splits or damage.
