Flag FLOWN Aboard Columbia STS-2 award Certificate w/cut-signature Truly/Engle

12" x 16" white mat with a 7" x 9 1/2" color certificate of a flag FLOWN aboard the Second flight of the Space Shuttle Columbia, STS-2 on November 12-14, 1981. Presented to a NASA employee for significant contributions made to the success of the mission.  Cut-signatures of commander Joe Engle and pilot Richard Truly are displayed with an embroidered mission patch.  A 3" x 8" color photo is part of certificate that shows the Columbia touching down on landing.  A clear, lightweight plastic bag provides protection.
