    A  6 1/2" x 9" photo presentation certificate of the Space Shuttle Endeavor FLOWN insulation material from Endeavor.  The artifact attached to the from side, of the certificate presentation, is an authentic vintage piece of hardware as described.  The artifact that are fragments themselves of a larger object of insulation material.  Astronauts John Harrington, Tom Jones, Steve Smith, and Barbara Morgan signed the front of the photo presentation.
