This is an antique French wall sconce dating to the late 19th century. It finely depicts a gargoyle (griffin, chimera), inspired by Notre Dame de Paris cathedral architecture.
Good condition with an antique patina.
Good solid condition with areas of paint and plaster losses.
There is a hook to hang it on the wall.
It is not electrified.
