Stone is mined in the Andes and brought down to the village by our craftsmen who have carved animals and such for generations. Peruvian Arts LLC is a business on the Oregon Coast specializing in carved stone animals. We work directly with the artisans and they have made this Unique Gorilla for us. He weighs in at about 1 ounce and is about 2 inches diagonally.. A miniature and smaller than our usual offering. Please see the detail in the photos. Superb workmanship.
