Appears to be a 1 oz. Fine Silver Proof Coin, however we have
never
taken it out of the packaging so we do
not
guarantee it is fine silver, but it has that look. The winner and collectible value is the important item here. Rep. John Boehner was the past Speaker of the House of Representatives.
