Large Figural Wedding Cake Crystal Chandelier Oscar Bach Segar Studios Era

Monumental circa 1920 cast brass or bronze six tier wedding cake crystal chandelier.  Although it is not signed I believe it to be an Oscar Bach design produced by Segar Studios.  I have seen several signed wall sconces and table lamp bases that are identical to the ceiling canopy on this fixture.  It is hard to appreciate the scale of the fixture based on photographs.  It is the largest and best quality wedding cake I have owned in the last 10 years.  Cast bronze frame and ornament have an original gold finish that remains largely intact.  5 female human figures in flowing clothing adorn the top of the chandelier.   Prisms rings and sockets have a nickel plated finish.  Fixture measures 22" wide across the frame.  Fixture drops 33 3/4" from the ceiling in the images.  I left the center wires coming out of the top long in case the buyer wants to add more chain.  The diameter of the largest ring of prisms is 14".   Fixture is in good original condition with some wear to gold finish, oxidation, and surface dirt.  Some chips on prisms.  I see no broken or missing pieces on the body.  Fixture was disassembled, washed, reassembled, and rewired.  New cardboard insulators installed in all 4 sockets.  See images.  Additional pictures and measurements available upon request.  Please ask all questions prior to bidding.  All sales are final.
