The “Team Members” consisted of NASA employees, Civil Servants and Contractors involved in the Space Shuttle Program received this Letter and Crew Patch.
The Crew Patch
is a Columbia STS-1, Lion Brothers Four Color patch.
The Presentation letter
is from Astronauts John W. Young and Robert L. Crippen, to the Shuttle Team Members. The letter is from the “Astronauts Office” (CB) at the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center in Houston Texas. It is printed on Official Government Paper, with the Great Seal of the United States
