    Description

    Here's a very rare find.  It's a HOLOPHANE No.2171 Ceiling Fixture.  It's New Old Stock, never having been used or installed and I think it dates to the 1930's or maybe 40's.  Fixture is 11.75 diameter with bright metal round frame.  The glass globe is incredible with a deeply pressed pattern that really diffuses the light and has great visual appeal.  It's got the original sticker marked: AMERICAN FLINT GLASS WORKERS UNION".  The shade itself is marked HOLOPHANE No.2171.  Perfect and complete.  These were made for Industrial and Institutional applications and are very well made.  G
