  • Condition: Both pieces have a single light such the light directs out the bottom and up through side and tops. One sconce is complete with old glass...held in by bent tabs...the other has just a few pieces that run horizontal. Both need rewiring...the patina is slightly different on each...with some dark patches of Verdigris. please see photos as part the description.

    Description

    Up for consideration is a Vintage Pair of Art Deco Wall Sconces...They measure 14 inches tall by 10 inches deep by 11 inches wide. They also have a small door on the bottom to change the light bulb. These date from the 1930 and have very nice look to them with simple leaf pattern tattice work over bent glass...so light would project up and out the upper portion and down through the bottom...one sconce has all of its glass whereas the other is missing most of it's glass... I would be suggest trying some mica. One can purchase a sheet on line for about 35 dollars 18" X 36" and with some snips you can cut yourself your own pieces.. or just take out all of the glass enjoy them as such...there are no rules...These truly are some nice sconces with great decorative appeal...if you have any questions or something to share please feel free..
