Description

DESCRIPTION: 4th quarter of the 19th century French fine quality brass or bronze mirror candle sconces (much finer castings than the 20th century examples, also are larger, & have added shell sides that the later sconces don't have). SIZE: 26 1/8"H x 10 7/8"W x 3 1/4"D. CONDITION: Excellent, no breaks, no chips, very nice original patina, one candle arm has a slight bend is a little lower than the other arm (small brass spacer added underneath not noticeable), both mirror glass are very nice, no repairs. MARKINGS: Unmarked. SHIPPING: Free USPS insured shipping lower 48 states. Note reflections in mirrors, may remove bottom candle holders for safe shipping, easily put back on only two nuts on each sconce to be screwed back on (see photo 8).
