Set of 2 Vintage/Antique Art Deco Tudor Spanish Revival Lion Electric Manufacturing Two Arm Wall Sconces
Made and signed by Lion Electric Manufacturing Company, which was one of the premiere lighting companies of the early 1900's.
Tudor Style influence of Old World/Late Medieval and early Renaissance Craftsmanship.
Substantial weight, at 4 1/4 pounds unpacked weight of each sconce.
Nickel-plated bronze with a fleur-de-lis at the top, followed by a quatrefoil and a hammered shield design. A semi-circular band, connected at the sides, wraps around the front of the sconce to hold a crenelated, nickel bobeches with quatrefoil and diamond cutouts

Condition:
Sconces are in good condition considerate of age; as shown.
Wiring is original, and untested for working condition.
Metalwork has no breaks, cracks or restoration
Candle covers show some wear, and there is some wall paint on the corner of one frame; as shown.
All retain the mounting hardware/decorative screws.
Dimensions:
Sconces measure 12" tall X 9 1/4" long X 5" depth
Back plate is 10" tall, and 4" at the smallest width.
Back band that wraps around the front is 9 1/4" wide.
