    Pair of E F Caldwell & Co Bronze sconces. Two arms each. 14" tall back plate. Fully signed with Caldwell trade mark. Back plate features two Roman Emperors. One reads "DN Valligin Licinius HOBC" and appears to be Licinius, emperor from 236-325 AD. Other reads "Imp. Chaximihm Vif Avg". My college Latin isn't coming back to me so if anyone can translate, I'd appreciate it! They appear to be reproductions of ancient Roman coins. Will need complete rewiring/sockets but what an amazing set they will be when done. Shown with candles and bulbs to illustrate how they would look when finished, but not included.
