Set of Antique Bronze Candle Sconces with Bronze Bobeches

Description

This set of large bronze candle sconces is very elegant. The candles are all adorned with bronze bobeches to catch the candle drippings. Each candle sconce is quite heavy and has multiple scrolls and leaves. They make a matching pair as the candle holders are a mirror image of each other.
These hold candles and have not been electrified. The bobeches and candle holders screw off for cleaning. The bronze has a gilt wash and the bobecches are nicely sculpted. These date to about 1910. Condition is very good, with some tarnish to the hanging hook on the back consistent with age.
Measurements are: 22” by 17” and 5” deep
