  • Condition: As found fully signed Bellova hand blown Czech art glass acid cut back night light. The original cloth covered lamp cord and old fashion plug are still there and working. The original rotary switch turns on a 3 watt candelabra bulb in set down from a medium size socket. The design has been cut deep into the glass and is perfect. This lamp has been well taken care of and has two tiny flea bites on the upper edge(see main pic at 5 o'clock).

    Description

    This is as found from someone who took very good care of it. Unfortunately it is just the lower portion of the lamp but it makes a great night light. Go to bellova.com and press gnome as a reference. It was difficult to get a true representation of the color when lite since it had a tendency to look more orange. The lamp is mainly a 5" sphere with a 3/4" molded foot and an almost 2" raised opening to allow for the bulb to be changed. The intaglio cut stylized floral design is deeply acid cut and is very precise. The model 1940 could by tracked down by a studious researcher.
