    STS-1 40th Anniversary (April 12, 1981) Commemorative Patch
    Inspired by the work of Robert McCall, artists Tim Gagnon and Jorge Cartes designed this limited edition patch to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the first Space Shuttle mission and America’s return to space following the end of the Apollo program years earlier. Manufactured by A-B Emblem, the patch is embroidered and has an iron-on backing giving you the option to display it, or wear it by stitching or ironing it onto clothing and jackets.
