Vintage Jeans Sz 14 Reg R60012141 RN 21970 29” Waist X 29” Inseam 60s? 70s?

Super awesome jeans. Like new. Never washed or worn. Still has paper waist label.
I’m guessing 1960s or 1970s on these. I am not certain of this though. They are, however, vintage. See all pics.

This is a kids size 14. Could be worn by him or her (depending on an individual’s style.). Could be worn by an adult (depending on measurements). As this is a vintage item, please go by measurements.
100% Cotton. This denim is fairly (if not quite) stiff as it’s like new and vintage. Not stretchy.
Waist measures 14 1/2” from side to side.
Rise (crotch seam to top of waist) is 11”.
Hips (measurement from side to side across where bottom of fly starts) is 15 7/8”.
Inseam (crotch seam to bottom of leg) is 29”,
Bottom of leg measures 8 3/4” from side to side.
10” up from bottom of leg, leg measures 8 1/4” from side to side.
