Vintage Mid Century 5 Light Art Deco Cream/Clear Glass Grapevine Chandelier

Description

This is an original vintage (1940s or 50s) five-light pressed glass semi-flush ceiling fixture or chandelier with leafy "cut glass" piece on the post, gorgeous shade with clear beaded edge, translucent raised grapevine pattern (clear on the outside surface and off-white on the inside surface) with opaque off-white finish elsewhere, and swirl textured clear glass piece underneath. The original fixture and ceiling canopy pieces are all intact.
The entire piece is in excellent condition and is working. All electrical components are original but appear to be in good condition. The glass pieces look flawless with no visible damage. The metal pieces have a silvery finish (with a hint of gold) and have acquired an aged patina and some spottiness. The inside surface of the ceiling canopy has remnants of a "Lightolier" manufacturer's label.
The chandelier measures 16" in diameter at the shade and hangs down a total of 12 1/2" from the ceiling. All pieces will be packed securely, double boxed, and fully insured during shipping.
