Vintage Ornate Brass 5 Arm Light Chandelier Fixture Needs To Be Restored

A client gave me this great looking chandelier.  I cleaned it up and after cleaning it plugged it in.  It works, but the lights flickered.  I assume it could use a re-wiring job.  The light fixture itself looks very nice.  There are a couple of bends in the frame.  This has a two prong plug attached to it currently, however you might want to retire it to be a fixed fixture.  The wire currently has an on off switch and a chain wrapped around it.  The fixture itself is not that big nor is it that heavy.  It is about 16” square by 19”tall.  My client told me the metal is brass.  To be honest it looks like copper, either way it is a nice looking fixture and restored would look even better.  I have other light fixtures listed and luckily come across many in my line of work.
