vintage ornate brass victorian hanging ceiling 1 bulb light fixture

Description

Has the original wiring.  11 inches across 24 inches off the ceiling not including the chain.  Shows some tarnish and discoloration.  Has tarnish and wear.  Think this is brass but not sure.  Shows wear.  See pics for condition.  Ships UPS or USPS
