Gorgeous reproduction of a gas / electric wall fixture - originally designed when electricity was just coming in to general use
Both top and bottom are electric (this is a NOS reproduction of the original)
The fixtures *alone* are sold elsewhere for 0 (
with no shades included
) and
this one includes a matched set of vintage glass shades with a Victorian motif
Shades are patterned glass both with the diamond point star in the middle; the top "gas" shade having lots of intricate EAPG charm with diamond point and geometric shapes in addition to the star
Instructions state to use 60 watt bulbs max
This fixture will add the charm of the pre-industrial age to your home
**These and many other shades, lamps and lighting parts were part of a large inventory purchased at the estate auction of a huge longstanding antique store closing in the PA Dutch / Amish country of Pennsylvania

Extends from wall about 14" with shades installed
About 11" top to bottom with shades installed
Canopy:  5  1/4"  diameter
Top shade holder to hold a shade with 4" diameter fitter rim (shade included)
Bottom shade holder to hold a shade with a 2  1/4" diameter fitter rim (shade included)
